Filming Requests

If you would like to film, take photographs or record audio at a Northern Rail managed station or on-board one of our trains, please complete the form below and click submit. A member of our Communications Team will be in touch.

Please allow up to SEVEN working days for the approval process.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, sometimes we may have to decline.

    PLEASE NOTE:
  • if filming for a film/TV series, it is Northern policy to see a copy of the script prior to filming taking place
  • filming requests may incur charges
  • there will be no filming at Manchester Victoria station from April 2013 until October 2014 due to major refurbishment work taking place. Special requests will be considered from local and national media.
